About the position Responsibilities • Assist in updating and maintaining the Learning Management System, ensuring all courses and resources are current, accessible, and aligned with company needs. • Help review existing learning materials and content, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and accessible to all learners. • Collaborate with the team to identify gaps in content based on employee feedback, performance data, and learning trends. • Support the assessment of training programs by gathering and analyzing feedback from learners, completion rates, and performance outcomes to identify areas for improvement. • Assist in tracking and reporting on the success of training programs, making recommendations for improvements based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback. Requirements • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. • Strong interest in learning and development, education, or talent management. • Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. • Ability to manage and organize information in a clear and accessible manner. • Comfort with technology, including working with learning management systems or similar platforms (prior experience is a plus, but not required). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. • An inclusive mindset, always thinking about how to make learning opportunities accessible and engaging for everyone. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to projects with a positive attitude.
