Executive Assistant- Real Estate Investment Firm

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-03
About Us: We are a family-owned real estate investment and development firm specializing in real estate acquisitions, land development, and long-term real estate residual growth. With a hands-on approach, we identify opportunities, optimize properties, and build long-term value. The Role: We are seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO — not to manage calendars or inboxes, but to help streamline multiple company operations, drive daily execution, and support high-level strategy. This role starts at the assistant level but is designed for someone ready to grow into a powerful right-hand operator & integrator. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment — someone who can take initiative, loves solving problems, and help keep the entire operation moving forward by first keeping the CEO focused on vision and execution. What You’ll Do: • Work side-by-side with the CEO to manage and prioritize daily tasks, projects, and operational needs across multiple real estate initiatives. • Step into many various roles across the company as needed to move key priorities forward. • Identify inefficiencies in operations and assist in implementing tools, systems, and automations to improve workflows. • Support and execute marketing efforts — including campaign coordination, content tracking, and reporting. • Track KPIs and help turn insights into action by supporting data-driven decision-making. • Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO — turning ideas into action and helping keep the companies aligned and moving forward. What We’re Looking For: • Experienced in real estate — 2+ years of real estate experience (e.g., investor, developer, agent, brokerage, property management, etc.). You must understand real estate basics. • Operations-minded —A systems-minded, operations-oriented integrator who’s tech-savvy and loves making processes more efficient. • Marketing-aware — You have a strong interest or background in marketing and understand how to track KPIs, evaluate performance, and help make data-driven decisions. • Tech-savvy & AI-curious — You’re comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, automations, and constantly exploring new tools, systems, and AI solutions to create leverage. • Action-oriented — A fast learner with a strong work ethic and "get it done" mentality — don’t wait to be told what to do; you take initiative and get things done. • Organized & efficient — You know how to prioritize, stay organized, manage time, and keep projects (and people) moving forward. • Results Driven — You’re a team player willing to roll up your sleeves, wear multiple hats, and do what needs to be done. This is not your typical EA role focused calendars & inboxes. It’s a direct partnership with the CEO — designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the inside, take meaningful ownership, and grow into a trusted operational right hand. You’ll help translate high-level vision into clear, actionable steps that drive momentum across the company. Hours needed Weekly: 30-40 hours per week How to Apply: To be considered for this position, you must submit both a cover letter and resume. Email your application to [email protected] with the subject line: Executive Assistant Application. • *NOTE: Applications that do not follow these instructions will not be reviewed. • *NOTE: Only applicants that reside in the United States will be considered.
