Real Estate Agent - Showing Assistant
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist home buyers by being an area expert and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and opportunities in Bothell.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and property showings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to protect client interests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with other team members and professionals such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate transactions.
Requirements
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and colleagues.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently.
• Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide informed recommendations to clients.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in property management is a plus but not required.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
