Position Overview WhirlWind Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Principal Network Architect who shall provide network architecture and design services while ensuring secure, reliable, and low latency networking. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: • Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. • Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines in accordance with the strategy and goals of the organization. • Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy. • Advises on selection of technological purchases regarding processing, data storage, data access, and applications development. • Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.). • Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management. Tracks current plans. • Monitors and reviews the success of systems and ensures efficiency and effectiveness. Education • Minimum BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent certification, or years of experience) • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Preferred • Must have at least one certification from the list below: • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional • AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Requirements • Minimum 10 years' experience • Cloud Architecture and Design • Identity Management Architecture and Design • DNS and LDAP Architecture and Design • Active Directory Architecture and Design Apply tot his job
