Social Media Assistant for Personal Brand (Lifestyle, Humor, Storytelling, Skit)

I’m looking to hire a top-tier social media assistant to help take my personal TikTok account @ragenkagee to the next level. My goal is really with help in areas I’m lacking in: staying consistent (hopefully posting 2-3x/day), organization, and encouragement to keep going… I am very creative and have many ideas but I have trouble staying consistent and with staying encouraged to do so… ⸻ About Me: • 27 years old, based in New Orleans, LA • living at home • videos are funny, sarcastic, light hearted but based on my life • DITL, GRWM but make them sarcastic, skit like, dramatic • probably can tell drama, acting, storytelling is my thing ⸻ What I’m Looking For: ✅ Social media expert who manages high-performing personal/influencer pages ✅ Someone who gets my content, goals and into social media lifestyle yet humorous content ✅ Skilled in Video editing ✅ Comfortable organizing and editing content I will put in Milanote ✅ Experience with storytelling that connects - someone with creative writing, script writing, theater background (or similar) a plus ✅ Creative mindset to help build more series and story arcs ✅ Optional but huge plus: helpful with strategy to reach certain goals ✅ Bonus: encouraging voice to motivate to stay consistent ⸻ Goals: Grow real, engaged followers Post consistently Organized content Strategy for personal brand Ultimately—build a real, engaging personal brand ⸻ Ultimately, someone who not only knows social media but knows how to tell a good story is what I am searching for. I would say my inspos are more TV/series based (think The Misadventures of an Awkward Black Girl - what later become Issa Rae’s Insecure but meets Hayleebaylee’s style). Staying consistent may mean video editing, organizing and strategizing so those will be the main things.
