Overview: We are seeking a digitally savvy, creative marketing professional to join our team. This role is full-time on-site in San Diego and requires a versatile individual with strong web design skills, social media expertise, and the ability to create compelling marketing materials. Responsibilities: • Design, update, and maintain company website using WordPress, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience. • Strong understanding of online marketing tools, including SEO, email campaigns, and analytics. • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, create compelling graphics, and oversee media content. • Write and publish LinkedIn articles, blog posts, newsletters and other marketing materials to enhance brand visibility. • Capture and edit high-quality images for promotional content, events, and branding purposes. • Design and print marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, and booth materials for events and conferences. • Develop innovative marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and vision. • Collaborate with CMO on projects. Required Skills/Abilities: • Proficiency in WordPress and web design principles. • Experience managing social media accounts and crafting compelling posts. • Strong graphic design skills with experience in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. • Ability to write and edit professional LinkedIn articles and other content. • Skilled in photography with knowledge of editing techniques. • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to think outside the box and create compelling marketing campaigns. • Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and engage audiences effectively. • Precision in designing graphics, writing copy, and managing digital content. • Ability to quickly pivot marketing strategies based on trends and analytics. • Ability to manage projects successfully. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, web design, and graphic arts. • Experience managing projects, creating lead times and fulfilling deliverables. • B2B content marketing. Physical Requirements: • This role typically requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk, managing websites, social media, and content creation. • If attending events, taking photos, or setting up marketing booths, there may be extended periods of standing and walking. • Handling marketing materials, promotional items, booth setups, or photography equipment may require lifting objects under 25 lbs. • Precise movements are needed for graphic design, typing, and operating digital tools. • Reviewing graphics, photos, and written content, along with attending meetings or event presentations, may require strong visual and auditory acuity. Work Location: • This role is full-time on-site in San Diego. Must be able to commute reliably.
