Digital Marketing Analyst - Paid Media Specialist
AIM is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our media buying team. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to contributing to a cutting edge Digital AdTech Firm. As part of a fast-growing company, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills, analyze marketing data, and work with a variety of platforms and marketing channels.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the development and performance of strategic marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, and manage media spend across various platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and media buying metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Test new audience segments and targeting strategies.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure configuration is accurate and meets required standards.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client and vendor success.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
• Creative oriented.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong time management skills. Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager a plus.
Experience / Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent discipline.
Experience with B2C advertising a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
