Hospitality Enablement Manager- Collegiate Hospitality (Remote)
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to assess and document operational strengths and opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Support new account openings, address key retention needs, and manage onboarding processes.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of training and development programs for operations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and champion networks to improve systems, tools, and resources.
• Work with internal and external resources to advance training opportunities for field operations teams.
• Communicate and track progress towards company goals, ensuring timely delivery of key projects.
• Provide regular updates and adjust strategies as necessary to meet company objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food management.
• Knowledge of safety, food, and labor management processes.
• Proficiency in systems supporting safety and food management.
• Strong communication skills.
