Sales Administration Analyst (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Respond to phone inquiries via the 1-800 customer service line regarding commissions.
• Ensure incoming phone calls are answered within all performance thresholds.
• Provide support to sales and producers related to commissions.
• Project a professional attitude and demonstrate effective listening skills.
• Drive ownership of issues and collaborate with additional departments to resolve them.
• Consistently provide superior service by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Analyze, audit, and develop recommendations to enhance relationships with brokers and sales teams.
• Respond to all inquiries in a clear and concise manner within 24 hours.
• Share new and pertinent information with the team to ensure consistent processing.
• Educate and drive compliance on administrative policies and processes with matrix partners.
• Establish solid rapport with internal and external customers.
• Participate in training on new systems and identify possible training needs.
• Identify procedural problems and recommend improvements.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1-3 years' work experience.
• Proven organizational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Expertise in various Cigna systems (PCS, FACETS, CARBS, CMS, etc.) is a plus.
• Finance, banking, or billing experience preferred.
• Ability to act independently and require minimal direction.
• Must be a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail.
