Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Instructor - Under 18 at Y.A.W.G., located in Fremont, CA. The Online Instructor will be responsible for teaching creative writing classes to students under 18, guiding them through the process of writing, editing, and publishing their books. Daily tasks include developing lesson plans, providing feedback on student work, and encouraging students to trust their creative instincts. The instructor will also facilitate group discussions, promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and handle administrative tasks related to class management. Qualifications • Creative Writing, Editing, and Proofreading skills • Experience in teaching or mentoring youth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and curriculums • Strong organizational and time management skills • Patience and empathy to support young writers • Experience with publishing processes is a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
