Acquisition Manager – Real Estate Fund | Remote | No License Required | $135K+ First Year

Vero Partners is actively hiring driven, coachable Acquisition Managers to help us acquire off-market properties directly from motivated homeowners and wholesalers. We’re not a brokerage. We’re a discreet acquisition firm that buys residential and small commercial real estate across the country — and we’re building a team of closers who know how to move fast, talk to sellers, and structure win-win deals. No license required. All leads provided. Full training included. What You’ll Be Doing: • Calling homeowners who submitted interest in selling their property • Reaching out to real estate wholesalers who have assignable contracts they need to sell • Gathering property details, motivation, pricing, and deal structure • Running strategy calls, handling objections, and negotiating offers • Submitting qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team for purchase or assignment • Following up with sellers and building a steady pipeline of off-market deals Compensation: • Commission-based role with no cap • Paid a percentage of net deal profits (avg $1,000 – $5,000+ per deal closed) • Monthly residual opportunities for high-volume performers • Weekly pay structure (Friday payouts) • First-year earning potential: $135K+ for consistent closers We Provide: • 100% warm inbound leads (motivated sellers + active wholesalers) • Internal dialer, CRM, scripts, and full tech stack • Live daily support, sales training, and team huddles • Deal structuring assistance and closing support • Ongoing coaching to sharpen negotiation skills and close more deals What You Need: • No license or real estate experience required • Clear speaking voice and excellent phone presence • Ability to make 150+ calls/day to homeowners and wholesalers • Minimum 30 hours/week commitment • Confident, self-motivated, and coachable attitude Why Vero Partners: • You’re working directly with a private acquisitions firm — no middlemen • You’ll speak to real sellers and bring real deals to the table • All systems, leads, and training provided • No ceiling on income, and no limit on your growth We’re currently filling positions nationwide.
