About the Role Anchor Health Homecare Services is seeking a reliable and bilingual On-Call Coordinator to support our weekend operations. This is a remote position with fixed weekend hours. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Creole and has prior experience in homecare coordination or a related role. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls from caregivers, clients, and family members • Assist with scheduling and coordination of services during weekend hours • Resolve issues or escalate urgent matters to appropriate team members • Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activity and communication • Ensure continuity of care and responsive service during on-call hours Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Creole (required) • Previous experience in homecare coordination or scheduling (preferred) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting • Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hourly Rate: Approximately $20-22/hour Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable working Saturdays & Sundays- Remotely 8am-6pm?
