Fully Remote Account Executive/Closer (OTE up to $125K+/yr.) - Draw vs Commission
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Close new business deals through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Fulfillment, to ensure client satisfaction and drive product improvements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks.
• Prior experience in construction or related industry sales is a plus.
