What You'll Be Building & Doing: • Client Growth Strategist: You'll dive deep into our clients' digital marketing channels, identifying pain points and crafting impactful strategies that deliver more, better leads. Your focus will be on tangible, measurable results. • Day-to-Day Management: Take full ownership of managing client digital marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and continuous optimization across various platforms. • Vendor Orchestration: Be the central point of contact and manager for our network of 3rd-party digital marketing specialists (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media experts), ensuring they are aligned with client goals and performing at their peak efficiency. • Performance & Budget Guardian: Monitor campaign performance rigorously, make data-driven adjustments, and manage client marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. • Strategic Input: Play a direct role in shaping InSite Marketing Source's future by contributing ideas for new services, process improvements, and overall business development. Who You Are: • Experienced Pro: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing diverse digital marketing channels for clients, with a clear focus on driving growth and a portfolio of success stories. • Results-Oriented: You're driven by measurable outcomes and have a proven ability to turn digital strategies into actual revenue for businesses. • Problem Solver & Strategist: You excel at diagnosing digital marketing challenges, prescribing effective, results-oriented solutions, and thinking strategically about long-term client growth. • Detail-Oriented & Accountable: You manage multiple projects seamlessly, meet deadlines, and take full responsibility for client outcomes. • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with cloud-based marketing tools and a fast learner when it comes to new technologies and platforms. • Google Certified: You hold current and relevant Google certifications (e.g., Ads, Analytics). • Entrepreneurial Drive: You're excited by the prospect of contributing to a growing business from the ground up and value autonomy, direct impact, and the freedom to focus on what you do best. We strongly prefer working with someone local to the Westchester, NY area for more frequent face-to-face collaboration and client interaction, which we believe fosters stronger relationships and results. However, for the right candidate, we are open to a remote arrangement. Your compensation will start on a project/client-based structure, providing direct rewards for your contributions.
