Remote Chat Support Specialist
                                We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Specialist to assist customers through live chat on our website and e-commerce channels. You’ll answer product questions, help resolve basic order issues, and deliver clear, professional support to our customers in real time.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Assist with product information, order status, and site navigation
• Record and categorize customer inquiries in the support system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications
• Support team performance goals through consistent engagement
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or chat support
• Strong written communication and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
• Ability to work independently and follow scripted workflows
• Interest in health, fitness, or supplements is helpful but not required
