We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, customize, and optimize Salesforce platforms while supporting integrations with HubSpot. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle troubleshooting, automation, and data integrity tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Rewrite and optimize validation rules • Add new values to account status fields as required. • Review dashboards and enhance filters to ensure all relevant records are captured. • Build new automations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and improve field mapping. • Troubleshoot routing-related issues and implement solutions. • Update integration user access in Salesforce as needed. • Install and configure productivity tools (e.g., “Clone This User” package) to streamline administrative processes. • Coordinate with team members to review field renaming possibilities and execute approved changes. • Respond to user requests, gather missing details, and implement updates once requirements are complete. • Investigate and assess lead routing configurations to ensure accuracy and performance. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with HubSpot integration knowledge. • Strong skills in validation rules, automation, and field mapping. • Ability to troubleshoot complex routing and integration issues. • Familiarity with creating and managing dashboards, reports, and filters. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred • Salesforce Administrator Certification. • Experience with other CRM tools and integrations. • Familiarity with workflow optimization and automation tools.
