As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties while providing exceptional service throughout the entire process. Duties • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their commercial real estate needs. • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities. • Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and market analysis. • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms. • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, providing expert advice on real estate law and regulations. • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings using administrative tools. • Stay updated on market trends, zoning laws, and property values to provide informed recommendations.
