Bilingual Master’s-Level Clinician (LSW, LPC)
                                About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and service-oriented Bilingual Master’s-level Clinician to join our team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. Ideal candidates will be available during evening hours (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on weekdays)With Saturdays preferred, with flexible scheduling options available.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field who are actively working toward clinical licensure (LSW, LPC) in Illinois. Supervision toward clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LCPC) may be available for qualified candidates.
Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred, especially in Polish, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Greek, or other languages commonly spoken in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy under supervision
• Conduct clinical assessments and support treatment planning
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support therapeutic goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and Medicaid-compliant documentation in the EHR system
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and making appropriate referrals
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Actively pursuing clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a community mental health or outpatient setting
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred (e.g., Polish, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Greek, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and Medicaid documentation
• Ability to work independently while engaging in regular clinical supervision
• Demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse client population
Schedule & Availability:
• Full-time or part-time position
• Preferred availability: Weekdays, Saturdays preferred.
