TECHNICAL WRITER Remote / Telecommute Jobs

We are looking for an experienced technical writer to join our team and elevate our client-focused services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a relevant technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering. Responsibilities: • Create thorough documentation that aligns with organizational standards. • Acquire a deep understanding of products and services, simplifying complex information into clear, engaging, and polished content. • Craft user-centric content that addresses the needs of the target audience, transforming insights into accessible language for user success. • Build and manage a detailed reference database, incorporating research, usability tests, and design specifications. • Assess existing content and devise innovative strategies for enhancement. • Conduct research, outline, write, and edit content in collaboration with various departments to understand project needs. • Collect information from subject-matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation. • Partner with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit content, and find optimal solutions for data organization and centralized storage. • Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that comply with organizational and legal standards, ensuring smooth data migration. • Develop content in various media formats for enhanced usability, maintaining a consistent tone across all documentation.
