Job Title: Senior Learning Program Manager Job Description: Summary This position works collaboratively with HR and key business stakeholders to assist with designing, developing, and evaluating integrated, multi-modal learning journeys. This role supports both Enterprise learning, leadership development, high potential development, and customized learning paths. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design and manage operations of Enterprise-wide learning tracks and development journeys, including all-associate, leadership, sales, and other customized business learning. Collaborate with HR partners on leadership development, associate career development, and rotational development programs, analyzing & identifying learning opportunities and solutions Optimize Workday LMS system to increase learning impacts, administrative efficiencies, and user experience Partner with internal/external instructional designers and facilitators to effectively manage projects Manage prioritization, pipeline, & delivery of customized learning modules Evaluate program effectiveness & and individual/organizational impact, designing systems to measure, analyze, and integrate training outcomes with business outcomes Performs other duties as required Qualifications Superior ability to work collaboratively, across business lines Excellent organizational and program management skills Leadership experience over projects and/or ongoing programs Deep understanding of industry best practices for associate learning and development Experience working with both leadership development and sales learning Strong ability to work with and manage vendors Critical thinker who works effectively with data Exceptional priority management skills Technical savvy Supervisory Responsibilities None Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Management Studies, Business Administration, Adult Learning, Education or similar Minimum five years related experience Preferred: Master’s Degree Experience in online learning development & technologies Computer and Software Skills Skilled in creating slide decks, with a talent for visually presenting information Basic Excel/Google sheets skills Ability to navigate a LMS Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations None Equal Opportunity Statement: Enterprise Bank & Trust is committed to helping individuals with disabilities participate in the workforce and ensuring equal opportunity to apply and compete for jobs.
