Guided work via zoom to turn emails into support tickets in Power Automate or Zapier.
Ok, I would like to do a remote session (via Zoom) for you to control my screen to program Power Automate to import messages from an Outlook folder and create new tickets for each in Freshdesk, with original bodies, attachments, etc. Once each ticket is created, please mark the message as read. Only create new tickets that are unread.
1.) For every email in the court folder, that is in my personal inbox, that has the tag "(tag)" in the subject line, I would like Power Automate to take the message and remove the Fw: prefix, and the "(suffix)" suffix, and then create a new ticket using the original sender's email address (not sender) and attaching any attachments to the ticket. I have been forwarding emails from a shared group, which cannot be accessed externally by any API, to this folder in my personal inbox.
2.) For every email in the court folder, that is in my personal inbox, that has no tag in the subject line, I would like PA to take the message create a new ticket using the original sender's email address and attaching any attachments to the ticket.
I would like you to give me detailed instructions on how to do this. The freshdesk url is XXXXXXXX.freshdesk.email, API key is "APIKEY".
At the end, tickets should not show that they were forwarded, and the fields in freshdesk should look as if they were entered via the sender sending directly to Freshdesk.
I am looking to get this done ASAP.
