Call Center Agent ( Remote / Office )
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of CRM software a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
