Storage Affiliate Agent, Part-Time Remote

Description: • Storage Affiliate Agent - Part Time Remote – U-Haul Storage Affiliate locations across the U.S. and Canada participate in inbound calls to assist customers with storage needs • Join a tight-knit network of knowledgeable Agents who navigate defined guidelines to facilitate a seamless and efficient customer journey • Compensation: $17-20/hour with base wage plus discretionary sales bonus per reservation; base wage may be higher depending on state/local minimum wage laws • Work From Home requirements include private, quiet workspace; a personal computer that meets technical requirements; and internet speeds • Initial paid training: three-week program through U-Haul University to prepare you for duties • Availability 1:00 PM–7:00 PM Arizona time; Saturdays and holidays required Requirements: • Available to work between 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Arizona time • Priority given to Candidates available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday • Must be able to work a 6-hour shift on Saturdays • Availability to work on holidays is required to provide continuous support for customers year-round • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear, articulate speaking voice, strong verbal communication, and a keen ability to actively listen • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and efficiently navigate various business software applications • Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration • Please apply from the computer you plan to work on instead of your cell phone to ensure the assessment is completed successfully Benefits: • Benefits to support physical, financial, and emotional wellness • Career path planning • Continued education assists employees with their professional goals Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
