Ready Rebound is seeking passionate individuals to join our Clinical Services team. The Clinical Services team is a crucial component of Ready Rebound. This is critical for building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving the intended outcomes of Ready Rebound services.
About the Navigator (Weekends) Role:
The Navigator (Weekends) plays a pivotal role in our commitment to addressing the emergent needs of injured Ready Rebound members. Tasked with answering the hotline, contacting members that submit Online Submissions within 15min of submission or other methods of contact used by injured members on Saturdays and Sundays, this role requires knowledge of each region Ready Rebound operates in including, Workers Compensation laws, department injury reporting SOPs, department specific paperwork requirements and protocols. The Navigator (Weekends) supports the Full Time Navigator team’s ability to expedite treatments, provide support and advocacy for members throughout their care journey, and support Stakeholders and worker’s compensation entities, by performing complete and accurate member intakes for On Duty, Off Duty, and Courtesy Members during their assigned shift.
The Navigator (Weekends) is also responsible for providing detailed information to the Full Time Navigator staff regarding efforts made to schedule members from the weekend or ask for assistance in scheduling members to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Other Responsibilities
• Stay current on and apply all Care Navigation Department SOPs, Best Practices, and workflows.
• Attend clinical meetings held every Friday at 1pm cst.
• Initiate scheduling of members for initial appointments when possible.
• Deliver the same member experience to weekend callers they would encounter had they called M-F.
• Support Care Navigation team to achieve and maintain a high Net Promoter Score
• Ensure data integrity of each Member Contact and Case Record completed.
• Be available and responsive to member needs during a set schedule Saturday and Sunday.
• Champion Ready Rebound's core values in every interaction, embodying Trust, Compassion, Integrity, and Empathy with members
• Cultivate relationships during New Member Intake, aligning with Ready Rebound's commitment to a "people-first" approach
• Provide clinical expertise to members during member intake addressing concerns and questions regarding initial care, department specific, or work comp specific questions.
• Stay current with industry trends and maintain professional credentialing and updated Continuing Education Units (CEUs) within the Navigator's chosen field.
Educational Requirements and Preferred Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience within sports medicine or healthcare related field, with a preference for experience at the professional or collegiate level of sports medicine preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• State and Nationally Licensed Athletic Trainer
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Demonstrate a robust sense of responsibility, accountability, and motivation with a team-oriented mindset
• Exhibit superior interpersonal and customer service skills, displaying empathy while adeptly addressing members' needs.
• Foundational knowledge of Worker’s Compensation, knowledge of health insurance, HIPPA standards, and business practices
• Knowledge and prior use with Microsoft Office suite of services (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
• Prior usage of EMR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation in multiple states preferred.
