About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Quality and Project Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead quality audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to address defects and process inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into product design, development, and delivery.

In addition to quality management, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Lead quality audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to address defects and process inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into product design, development, and delivery
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality-related issues
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and accountability
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve organizational efficiency
  • Report project performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in quality management and project management or similar discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with successful outcomes
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Rally) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
