Senior Manager, Production Planning - Unlock Your Potential in a Dynamic Remote Role

Join our team and make a lasting impact! We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead our Production Planning efforts in a remote capacity. With a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $200,300 per year (or $146,200 - $219,200 per year in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area), you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

As a Senior Manager, Production Planning, you will serve as a key contact and liaison between internal stakeholders, including Global Supply Chain, Execution, and Category teams, as well as external partners. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business process alignment, supporting team initiatives, and communicating data findings to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans in collaboration with organizational partners to support customer demand and on-time datacenter delivery
  • Analyze supply scenarios to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies
  • Communicate data findings and improvement opportunities to stakeholders through status reports, executive business reviews, and storytelling
  • Support team initiatives, including data visualization efforts, digital transformation, and change management

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or a related field, combined with 12+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management
  • OR a Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management
  • OR equivalent experience
