We're seeking an exceptional Sr Enterprise Account Executive - Amazon Account to drive sales growth, foster executive relationships, and lead virtual teams to success. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and promote customer success. This remote role offers a competitive salary, equity, and benefits, with a base pay range of $136,600 - $202,500, plus variable/incentive compensation.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, including CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO, to drive sales growth and customer success
- Lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to achieve account goals and objectives
- Conduct account planning, territory planning, and research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customers' strategic outcomes
- Achieve financial targets, including licenses, renewals, and professional services, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to Amazon or similar accounts
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level executives and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
