Senior Earned Value Management Specialist (Remote Opportunity)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Earned Value Management Specialist to provide expert Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation support and ensure compliance with government requirements. As a key member of our corporate team, you will develop and implement standard procedures, conduct EVM workshops and training sessions, and provide oversight to establish program management ownership of program performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EVM procedures, training, and work instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes
  • Conduct EVM workshops and training sessions to enhance EVM skills within the Program Management and Business Operations communities
  • Provide oversight to establish program management ownership of program performance data
  • Identify training gaps and participate in determining and implementing solutions
  • Research industry EVM best practices and incorporate into established processes
  • Lead efforts for successful completion of Program IBRs, JSRs, and Internal Surveillances
  • Enforce program utilization of EVMS that is in compliance with guidelines in ANSI/EIA-748 and DFARS 252.234-7002
  • Review and audit EV deliverables on programs
  • Establish EVM templates and formats, including Program Performance Metrics, RAM, and Program Baseline Change Control Logs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field, and typically 10+ years of related work experience
  • Proven background and competency in Earned Value Management
  • Ability to develop effective EVM procedures, training, and work instructions relative to regulatory standards and internal processes
  • Advanced skills in Earned Value Management software (Deltek Cobra) and familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project) and self-service analytics (PowerBI)
