About the Role:
As a Virtual Assistant at Southwest Airlines, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our technology teams to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, including data entry, document management, and scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Southwest Airlines' policies, procedures, and systems
- Provide training and support to internal teams as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
