As a Virtual Assistant at Southwest Airlines, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our technology teams to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, including data entry, document management, and scheduling

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
