Your Day at Lowe's
As a remote Services Project Coordinator, you'll work independently, managing installation projects through constant communication with customers, service providers, and stores. Your day will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating schedules, and troubleshooting issues using various tech tools
- Documenting all interactions and project updates in our technology systems
- Collaborating with stores and customers to arrange product delivery and ensure timely project completion
- Resolving Work Order issues and assessing related costs and potential chargebacks
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide installation job support
- Conducting initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and ensure alignment
- Ensuring projects are scheduled within SLA and providing confirmation to customers
- Managing and resolving Work Order issues and documenting all interactions
- Practicing active listening skills and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- 1 year of experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry
- 1 year of experience working in a Project Management function
- Experience in a contact center environment

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $17.56 - $29.27 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
