About the Role:
As a Senior UPS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs of UPS systems, AC/DC Rectifiers, Batteries, and Power Distribution Units (PDU's) on a variety of state-of-the-art critical power equipment. You will utilize your advanced technical capabilities to troubleshoot faults to component level on equipment such as UPS systems, batteries, DC power systems, PDU's, Inverter Systems, and more. Your exceptional customer service skills will enable you to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in the critical power industry with UPS, DC Power Systems/OEM experience (Liebert, MGE, Powerware, Eaton, APC, GE, Emerson, etc.)
 - Advanced ability to troubleshoot faults to component level on equipment such as UPS systems, batteries, DC power systems, PDU's, Inverter Systems, and more
 - Valid driver's license and proof of insurance eligibility
 - Ability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency calls as needed
 - Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach
