Senior Transportation Project Manager/Engineering Manager - Remote Opportunity

As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere within MN or relocate to MN within 6-12 months, with occasional travel required.

About the Role:
The Senior Transportation Project Manager/Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Fostering relationships with existing clients and cultivating new ones to drive growth and strength in our public works portfolio
- Identifying and pursuing projects in the roads and highways market that align with our services
- Mentoring and supporting project managers, engineers, technicians, and landscape architects
- Monitoring and tracking project budgets, staff utilization, and financial targets
- Leading roadway projects of varying complexity, scope, scale, and budgets
- Responding to requests for proposals and leading public meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college
- 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience
- Working knowledge of MnDOT and Minnesota local agency specifications, design practices, and project assembly requirements
- Professional Engineer licensure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Progressive work experience directing and leading roadway projects in Minnesota
- Previous experience with roadway design using Microstation, Geopak/ORD
- Progressive experience overseeing engineering team members
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a client base

Salary Range: $107,000 - $148,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
