As a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, you will partner with our engineering and data science organizations to deliver high-quality experiences for our community. Your expertise will help us build comprehensive platforms and features, driving improvements in the end-to-end guest and host experience.

The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities
• Drive process improvements to enhance the quality of engineering deliverables and efficiency of tracking within the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMO, Finance, Design, and Product, to identify and prioritize process improvements
• Provide executional guidance and support for your team's projects, simplifying complex technical issues and unblocking teams
• Partner with peers to strengthen the craft of Technical Program Management and drive organizational change

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 13+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years of experience leading and mentoring a team of TPMs
• Proven ability to drive change within an organization, navigating ambiguity and achieving goals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience working with engineering teams and iterative development best practices
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving
