Account Installation Associate Analyst - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

The Benefit Summary Analyst acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will support Client Operations for U3K. This role will assist with the review and analysis of key source documents directly aligned to account installation. What You’ll Do: • Oversee the creation of the Benefit Summary, ensuring alignment with client intent and accuracy • Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and matrix partners to address benefit plan questions, assess non-standard requests, and recommend efficient solutions aligned with client intent • Partner with Implementation Manager as needed to answer benefit questions related to plan designs, client’s plan interpretation, and Cigna's service administration capabilities • Ensure source documents are maintained in the document storage process • Participate in internal strategy meetings to support the Implementation Manager in preparing for client-facing sessions • Provide audit support by identifying discrepancies in source documents and assisting the Implementation Manager with end-to-end review processes • Coordinate with Implementation Manager on maintenance activity/updates as needed (Post Audit Builds) • Ensure all source documents are IGO with standard timing, working to decrease overall installation cycle time Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred. • 2+ years of experience with Cigna’s administrative functions, including benefits, eligibility, and customer service, preferred • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles involving project/account management and issue resolution, preferred • Demonstrated success in cultivating strong partnerships and consistently delivering on commitments, preferred • Proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems), required • Skilled in understanding customer expectations and urgency, with a talent for influencing teams to consistently meet or exceed them, preferred • Experience in applying analytical skills to set, monitor, and achieve measurable performance targets for both individual and team outcomes, preferred • Leadership and/or coaching experience, adept at inspiring teams and driving results in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, preferred • Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines while proactively negotiating and aligning expectations across stakeholders, preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across all organizational levels and functions, preferred If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
