Job Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
- Resolve basic technical issues and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
