Ascent Healthcare was founded over 10 years ago and our practice is now staffed with approximately 20 Medical Providers in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We now have an exciting career opportunity available for a SNF Physician in Portland. In this capacity, you will be acting as the Medical Director, handling new admissions and supervising 2-3 PA’s or NP’s attending to skilled nursing facility patients.
