Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Completing inbound sales for advertised products
• Making outbound calls to previous buyers to identify potential customers
• Presenting and selling select rare and unique collectible coins
• Achieving sales targets and performance goals
• Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding company trade secrets
• Adhering to departmental contact strategies and company policies

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities:

• Achieve sales targets and performance goals

• Present and sell assigned collectible products
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and order details
• Comply with FTC regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle customer objections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic keyboarding skills
