As a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop and implement sales forecasts, targets, and bonus plans to drive business development and customer success
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product & Engineering, to optimize operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
 - Harness the power of Salesforce to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
 - Design and implement processes, tools, and dashboards to enhance sales performance, streamline workflows, and reduce bottlenecks
 - Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Salesforce consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve internal business development workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
 - Oversee Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
 - Interact with independent sales agents, Service Provider partners, and internal stakeholders to align processes and drive business growth
 - Provide business performance analysis and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, targets, and bonus plans
 - Train new hires on Salesforce and assist in setting company targets and tracking progress
