As a Retail Food Service Manager, your mission will be to:
- Provide strategic direction to restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
 - Oversee human resources functions, including performance monitoring, scheduling, policy enforcement, recruitment, and training
 - Manage financial operations, including inventory control, financial analysis, and labor cost management
 - Develop and implement local marketing campaigns, promotional tactics, and competitor analysis to drive sales growth
 - Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
 - Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective ordering and delivery of goods
 - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
 - Maintain high product quality standards, adhering to Pizza Hut norms and expectations
 - Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, informing business decisions and driving growth
 
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related role, with prior leadership experience
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate others
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial management and accounting principles
 - A positive attitude towards customer support, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
 - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and report to the District Manager as required
