As a Retail Food Service Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Provide strategic direction to restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork

  • Manage financial operations, including inventory control, financial analysis, and labor cost management
  • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns, promotional tactics, and competitor analysis to drive sales growth

  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective ordering and delivery of goods

  • Maintain high product quality standards, adhering to Pizza Hut norms and expectations
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, informing business decisions and driving growth

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related role, with prior leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial management and accounting principles
  • A positive attitude towards customer support, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and report to the District Manager as required
