Dedicated Paraprofessional Program Float Needed in Madison, WI

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide support to teachers and staff in our educational setting. As a Paraprofessional Program Float, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional assistance, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers and staff in supporting students with disabilities, including those with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with intensive behaviors
Requirements:
- Valid ODE Aide Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with students with disabilities, particularly those with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Credentialing in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or willingness to attend training and pass the TCI test
- Satisfactory results on criminal records check, including fingerprints
