Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions and pharmacy services.
- Efficiently manage and process medical and prescription claims.
- Address questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing.
- Assist patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization (preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions (advantageous).
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment (required).
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent (necessary).

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay rate ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, contingent upon experience.
- Flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts available between 7 AM - 7 PM CST (8 AM - 8 PM EST).
