Cloud Infrastructure Architect - Remote Opportunity with Delta Airlines

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to play a key role in driving our cloud infrastructure plans and designing detailed architecture models for application engineers. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week and enjoy a competitive salary of $28-$40/hour.
As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing cloud infrastructure plans and architecture models
 - Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and providing guidance on investment costs vs. performance
 - Leading and supporting technical teams to design, build, and deploy cloud solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
 - Planning, maintaining, and analyzing infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and system security
 - Collaborating with other cloud teams, project managers, engineers, and different stakeholders
 - Developing and reporting technical plans for the integration and implementation of new cloud applications and systems
 - Coordinating with non-cloud technologies and third-party vendor products and services
 - Optimizing cloud solution costs by identifying waste and automating cloud cost management
 - Creating and fostering support processes that adhere to best practices (ITIL)
 - Communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of software, infrastructure engineering, or architecture experience
 - Certification with Amazon Web Services
 - Experience with Cisco networking equipment, F5 Load Balancers, Global Site Load Balancer, Infoblox, and L4-7 services mixed in a data center environment
