As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting services to our clients, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as tax preparation, payroll integration, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter monthly transactions into QBO, Xero, and other software
• Perform monthly reconciliation and invoicing
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Located in the Denver metro area (occasional in-person meetings required)
• Strong accounting skills and experience with QBO, Xero, and other software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Tax preparation experience
• Payroll integration and setup
• Sales tax experience
• Excel pivot tables and vlookups
• Experience with QB Desktop, Sage, or other accounting software
