As a Remote Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives, you will play a vital role in supporting our CFO and CRO, providing high-level administrative support, project coordination, and ensuring seamless communication. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and maintaining confidentiality while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.


Job Overview

We invite you to join our team as a Remote Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives, where you will be an integral part of our organization's success. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and retention, while providing exceptional administrative support and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative and project coordination tasks with minimal oversight, utilizing your expertise to drive success.
  • Draft correspondence, conduct research, compile materials and reports, and create presentations using MS Office software.
  • Deliver confidential administrative support to the executive team, ensuring effective communication during meetings, emails, and phone interactions.
  • Organize travel plans and itineraries for the executive team and other stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage logistical arrangements for executive meetings, teleconferences, visitors, and consultants.
  • Oversee the executive's calendar utilizing Outlook, proactively identifying potential conflicts and proposing viable alternatives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, maintaining a consistent record of reliable and punctual attendance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in handling highly confidential information and materials.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong calendar management skills for C-suite executives using Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively gather information and communicate clearly.
  • Proactive with the ability to exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
