Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Record Leader to enroll selling partners into our paid service programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying a sales pipeline using a consultative approach, identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting compelling paid service arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential selling partners for Key Record Services
- Develop a deep understanding of our selling partners and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of our services
- Create compelling incentives around our paid service programs
- Prospect and close business to achieve monthly objectives for the quantity and quality of dealers enrolled
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and make strategic decisions
- Use customer data to inform proposals that maximize the potential of the assigned territory
- Implement and track metrics to maintain the success and quality of the vendors in your region
- Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track all relevant account data and sales progress
Essential Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, including 4 years of sales experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries
- At least 4 years of business-to-business selling experience
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations
- Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to agree on solutions
- Solid business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others
- Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
