Job Description

As a Remote Data Analyst at Catasys, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, innovation, and scalability. Your expertise in data analysis will help us make informed decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize our operations. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling us to accelerate sales, expand our customer base, and reinforce our position as an industry leader in data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to predict and quantify user behavior, including member engagement, Care Team performance, and network provider interactions
  • Develop strategic insights through funnel analysis, cohort analysis, user segmentation, retention analysis, and regression modeling to inform business growth and product development
  • Communicate complex concepts and analyses in a clear, concise manner to diverse stakeholders, including data storytelling and quantifying user journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, User Experience, and internal stakeholders, to understand and anticipate data needs and drive business outcomes
  • Lead the Analytics Center of Excellence, promoting a culture of analytical rigor, transparency, and shared understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Define and track KPIs, build automated dashboards and reports, and develop predictive models to support data-driven decision-making
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to implement, quality assure, and monitor logging and metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerBI DAX programming and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and applications, including A/B testing, probability, and regression analysis
