About the Role:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to families using our products and services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through resolution steps
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve our products and services
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, including new releases and updates
- Providing feedback and insights to help us continually improve our customer support processes
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or technology-related field
- Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, with a passion for helping others and making a difference
- Residency in the state of Utah (due to current hiring restrictions)
