Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week, Contractor)
- Location: Remote
- Intended Start Date: ASAP
Your Role:
Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience (highly desired)
- Passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to work comfortably in a remote, fast-paced environment with timely responses
