As a Bilingual Call Center Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and empathetic support to a diverse range of customers via telephone, email, and postal mail. Job Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and culturally competent individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Remote Bilingual Call Center Information Specialist, you will:

  • Provide substance abuse and mental health information and resources to customers via multiple communication channels
  • Apply your knowledge of behavioral health to drive successful outcomes and support customers across the prevention, treatment, and recovery continuum
  • Utilize your superior customer relationship skills to build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements

The pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Culturally competent and knowledgeable in health communications related to mental health, substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced call/contact center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, including word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, effective communication, organization, and process improvement skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
