Job Responsibilities:
As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Managing full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions
- Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates using innovative recruiting strategies
- Screening resumes and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles in the construction industry or similar operations sectors
- Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods, including Boolean searches
